What's In My Purse?

Hey everyone! Happy Monday! As a lady, I'm constantly needing things throughout the day to keep my appearance and hygiene up and I keep it all in my purse! So I thought I'd share with you things I keep in my purse to use on the daily, and things you'll never know when you'll need!

I HATE carrying a purse around when I'm out and about. Actually I hate it 95% of the time. It's just big, gets in my way and I hate being that person digging around in my purse forever looking for something. So I love to carry a wristlet with me. I purchased this teal/mintish wristlet at Target and it's just perfect! I can keep my cash, phone, cards, and camera in it no problem! I can even squeeze a lipgloss or two in it;). It just works great because it sits right on my wrist, never have to worry about leaving it behind, or dragging it around! It's perfect for a night on the town!
I always carry my lipstick/gloss in my side pouch of my purse. This way I can keep touching it up through the day. I carry NYX ButterGloss in "Maple Blondie", NYX ButterLipstick in" Cotton Candy", NYX Lipstick in "509", and Wet n' Wild Gloss in "563B SunGlaze"

I also carry Maybelline ExpertWear eye pencil in BrownBlack to touch up my eyebrows if they need it. Nobody has time for uneven brows!

If I wanted to touch up my mascara, whether it was from tears, sweat or rainy whether, I have Make Up Forever mini mascara from Sephora that I received as my Birthday gift. It's so small and convenient!

To touch up my foundation through the day, I have Cover Girl Ready,Set, Gorgeous in 205-210 light/medium. This compact fits perfectly in my purse and even has a mirror for and sponge for easy applying!

I always keep a deodorant in my purse because you never know what the day is going to bring! Not to mention, when we're out and about, it never fails, someone asks if I have some, so now I just keep it on hand. I usually switch off between Dove Pomegranat&Lemon and Old Spice Wolfthorn. I like Dove for the fresh girly smell. I know Old Spice is for guys, but I have really good luck with the lasting job it does. Wolfthorn has a non-manly smell, and it's just right for a guy or girl.

For a perfume I keep "Snookie" on hand. It's a perfect travel size and scent. I
purchased a lotion/perfume scent from Gordmans for $9.99. Such a steal!

Having my nylon teasing brush on hand is a must! I love my big hair! But since my hair is thick and heavy, it's easy for it to fall throughout the day so I always keep this brush from Sally Beauty in my purse along with a small can of Kenra25 hairspray. Literally the best hairspray around.

I always keep ibuprofen on hand because you never know when you'll be needing it. I find myself getting headaches often so I need this in my life.

I always carry a minty gum with me because I run into and talk to so many people a day, I don't need to be having lunch from 2 hours ago still on my breath!

So those are some of the essentials that I carry in my purse that I know a lot of girls also carry! Hope you enjoyed this post

Pore Cleansing!

Hey everyone! After I completed my new beauty room, I added my finishing touch with my Conair double sided mirror. Probably the worst idea ever. One mirror is just like a normal view, while the other side is magnified. I spent literally an hour looking at my face thinking of all the things that need to be fixed.  The first thing I noticed was how enlarged my pores were. And then I saw more black heads and white heads then I knew I had! Something needed to be done! So of course I went to Target the next day on the hunt for some miracle workers and here's what I got:::

BIORE DEEP PORE CLEANSING STRIPS
NEUTROGENA CLEAR PORE CLEANSER MASK.

And I'm so glad I found these!
I got these because my blackheads on my nose were terrible! I put these strips on once a week and they literally ripped every black and white head out from nose! It was kind of gross to look at but at least I knew they were coming out!! I haven't had to repurchase these since I've started the face wash. These were $7.99 but thought they were totally worth it!

The Clear Pore Cleanser can be used daily, which I do, or as a mask.  I have noticed such a difference since I've started using this product about two weeks ago. My pores are smaller and I'm not getting as many black heads! I use it as a mask about once a week for a deep cleanse. It leaves my face feeling so fresh and clean, I love it! I've read many reviews from people who suffer from acne or bad breakouts, this is a highly recommended product for them! Its also a great alternative to the GlamGlow Mask that I love. It's cheaper,  and does pretty much the same thing.  I will definitely be repurchasing this product. I purchased it for only $5.99 at Target which I thought was a steal and very convenient!

I'm so glad I could share these great products with you! I hope you have the same great results!!

Creme Facial Hair Remover!

Hey everyone! As a lady, I absolutely hate to admit it, but I have a subtle mustache,as do many any other  ladies. My body hair is naturally dark, which leaves me with a dark mustache. And when it gets out of control,I get a 5 o'clock shadow.  Ain't nobody got time for that! I use to resort to waxing my upper lip,but seriously, I think its so painful. I can handle my eyebrows and pretty much everything else, but I am the biggest baby when it comes to getting the lip waxed. And with summer being here, keeping that 'stache under control is a must. All that extra sunlight on your face will make your fuzz stand out like nobody's business! So I went on a mission to find a product in the drugstore to make the job less painful, and more convenient. And what I found was "Creme Facial Hair Remover" by Sally Hansen. I found it right at Wal-Mart, and its convenient at most other drug-stores. It was only $5 which was such a steal, especially when you start considering the cost of getting waxed every couple of weeks.

How it works:
This product is for the upper lip, lower lip, chin, and hairline. DO NOT USE ON EYEBROWS

All there is to it is taking the Creme and apply a line across the upper lip. Do not rub it in and do not let it dry onto the skin. After 3 minutes, you take a damp cloth and test to see if there hair wipes off easily,if it doesn't leave it on for another 2 min. Do not leave it on longer for 8minutes.I found that after4 minutes, mine is ready to come off.
So after you clean the creme off, you then apply the Sally Hansen Aftercare Lotion that comes in the packet. This helps with any irritation that may occur.
I am in love with this stuff. So effortless, painless, and easy clean up. I recommend using  it at least once a week. And the package should last you a long time!

Pros:
-can be done at home
-easy to purchase and find
-works amazing
-not harsh or painful

-inexpensive

Cons:
-I honestly can not think of any!

I'm happy to share this great buy with all of you and I hope to hear that you all love it too!!

Ulta Haul(s)!

Hey everyone! Last week I took my monthly trip to Ulta and brought back some goodies! I have a problem, I really do. Haha. So many things I want to try, so I obviously had to get them!
My first haul on Tuesday consisted of:

TooFaced Chocolate Bar Pallet $49
NYX Jumbo Eye pencil in Milk$5
NYX concealer $6
Essie Nail Polish in "I'm addicted" $8
I Also received  TooFaced new bronzer in Medium Chocolate as a free gift! Winning!

I bought the Chocolate Bar Pallet because I've seen it used in so many YouTube videos. Plus, I can never have to many pallets! I love this pallet because it has a lot of matte neutral browns, which I've been having a hard time finding the perfect combination of browns until now! Plus, each of the individual pallets smell like chocolate, hence the name! I'm definitely glad I purchased this, and can't wait to play with it more!

I purchased the NYX Jumbo pencil in MILK to line my water line on my bottom lid.  It goes on so smooth and it makes everything pops and lasts all day! You can use it as a base on your eyelids to make your color pop or even as a highlighter for your brow bone. Keep in mind, a lot goes a long way, so you can just dab it on your finger then apply to lid.

I was then in search of a concealer comparable to MAC. And to also use as a highlighter...and sadly was not impressed by this concealer:( Now it'll just sit in my drawer. ..bummer.

Essie carries such a huge variety of amazing nail colors and I just want to try them all! I tend to stay with pinks and nudes but decided to stray away. I bought the I'm Addicted part of the summer neon collection and I love it!! It is such a popping color. I was very pleased with this purchase.

I was really excited to try TooFace new bronzer. It smells amazing! Sounds weird I know, but just like their pallet, its infusedr with cocoa powder! I've been using this for contouring instead of My Sculpted Face pallet from It Cosmetics. It's becoming a favorite!
I was very happy with my purchase on Tuesday, but there were a few more things I wanted to try, especially after being let down with my NYX concealer.  So the next day, my friend I were at the mall, so I couldn't resist going in. Especially knowing I had almost 700 points on rewards points I could use. So my second purchased consisted of:

Essie " In the Cab-bana" $8
Urban Decay Ink For Eyes $20
NYX HD Eye Primer $7
NYX Above and Beyond Concealer$5
I loved my first blue shade purchase from Essie that I decided to give another one I try! In The Cab-bana isn't as vibrant as Im Addicted but I still love it!

I LOVE my Urban Decay eyeliner. Its a felt tip that gives you a perfect, flawless line every time. Itsr perfect for a wing eyeliner look!
I saw the NYX HD Eye Primer in another YouTube video and wanted to give it a try, but once again, it was a huge let down.  It was a creamy base, easy to apply, but it never dried! Leaving my eyeshadow vibrar in some spots instear of my whole eye. I think I'll stick with my Urban Decay Primer Potion.
After being disappointed with my first concealer, I decided to give NYX another chance and I picked up their above&Beyond Concealer.  I do NOT like it as a concealer, but I am okay with using it as a highlighter. So I guess it wasn't a total loss. I may have to just bite the bullet and go to Mac.

So the total of this haul was around $50, but I had almost 700 points and ended up paying around 20$ so such a steal! I pretty much got my Urban decay eyeliner for free which I was stoked about!

The picture below is in natural lighting,  no filters.  I'm wearing:
Chocolate Bar pallet on my eyes
NYX Above&Beyond concealer as highlighter
TooFaced Chocolate bronzer for contouring.

While having the points was nice, knowing I spent almost $700 at Ulta since last July makes me think I need a new hobby.....or that the makeup store should be further away.......nahhhh..

3D Fiber Lash Mascara Review.

Hey everyone! I am so sorry that I have been MIA for awhile. I was in the hospital but am better now! Then returning to work was isane! Whew. So I'm glad to be back and have lots of blogs I want to share with you!! Let's get started shall we?
A lot of you saw me posts picture of a new fabulous mascara that made me say goodbye to falsies! I have little, little eyelashes and regular drugstore, nor high end mascara did the job for me so False Eye Lashes were my go-to.
Then a miracle happened! One of my followers on my beauty page asked if I had ever heard of Yonique Fiber Lash masacara, and being completely oblivious to the mascara world, I said no. She then proceeded to send me pictures of before and afters.

I immediately thought it was too good to be true, but I HAD TO HAVE IT. So, Nicole, my follower was amazing and sent me a set. And let's just say, I'm in love.
What is 3D Fiber lash mascara?
Its a two step mascara routine.
How does it work?
3D Fiber Lash mascara can improve your lashes up to 300%!
You first apply a coat of your favorite mascara(I skip this) then you take the Transplanting Gel and apply a coat. Before the Gel dries, you then put a coat of Fiber on. After, you seal with another coat of Gel. That is considered one coat.
You can do as many coats as you'd like, but I typically only do two.
Tips For The Best Eyelashes With Younique Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes
It will definitely take a couple of times to get used to putting on fiber lashes. Trial and error, baby! But,if there is one thing that you should know before proceeding with the makeup tutorial of fiber lashes is this:
Never put the fibers close to the root/base of your lashes
When it is time to put the fibers on, put them on from the middle of your lashes and up to the ends.
Once you have applied the gel, fiber and gel, give it some time to dry. Then, use a clean fingers and lift your lashes up (As if you were curling them), so that you can see the inner ring from underneath your lashes. If you see any black fibers, wipe them off.
To remove, I just use neutrgena makeup wipes! Clean up really isnt that bad.
This mascara is $29 but I believe worth every penny. You can order right here!!
Pros:
it really works
Increases volume
Increases length
Lasts all day
Cons:
Pricy
Lengthy process

I hope I gave you all some helpful information and tips on this wonderful mascara! I will be getting a YouTube video tutorial ASAP to go along with the blog! Thanks again to my friend and follower Nicole!!

DIY Pedicure!

Hey everyone! With summer approaching, nice feet is key! To get a pedicure every 2-3 weeks can get expensive, so why not do it yourself at home, with half the work!

My DIY pedicure only has three ingredients-

Listerine Mouth Wash (any color, I prefer the blue)- 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Warm Water- 1/2 cup

(sometimes I double the recipe )

Since I’m actually doing a blog post about this….I'm sure you can guess how it turned out. Yep, It actually works! I was completely skeptical about this, but after soaking for just 15 min, all the dead skin practically wiped off , leaving my feet feeling so soft and smooth! You could aslso use a foot file to help get more dead skin off.
If you're doing this before bed, I suggest putting a heavy moisturizer on your feet and wearing socks to bed! Your feet will love you ! Otherwise just putting some kind of moisturizer will enhance the effect of this foot soak!

Last but not least, polish those pretty toes for summer!
This Foot Soak was so easy and inexpensive! I even had my boyfriend use it! He's such a trooper!! And you can do it as often as you'd like!
